On Monday, January 25,2016, Brenda Green, from the College Board, will conduct a SpringBoard Coaching Session here at Hollywood HS.
This paid PD will be held from 3:15 to 5:15pm in Ms. Tabbara’s Room 315.

Purpose: The PD titled “ Effective Pacing and Planning” will help teachers better understand and how to plan effective instruction utilizing SpringBoard resources in order to make the rigorous expectations of the CCSS accessible to all students.

Focus Question: What is the role of planning in the delivery of rigorous, focuses instruction?

Participants will leave with: Knowledge of how to determine the essential learning in SB activities AND how to chunk a lesson around those essential questions.
