Interested in Acting?

NEW ACTING class offered by LACER!!!Students, walk in the shoes of the actor. Each participant engages in acting exercises and improvisations, including monologues and two-person scenes provided and assigned by Cynthia Barker. This is the heart of the workshop. This class allows actors, directors, and writers into greater intimacy with characters and storytelling. In this class we will explore a range of principles, tools and techniques that can be employed in communicating with actors — addressing issues that arise in casting, rehearsal, shooting and preparation (script analysis).

Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and acting exercises.

All students interested in taking the class must register in room 603.

Meeting in room 506 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We meet first in the cafeteria.
