Winter Recess Hollywood High School will be on Winter Recess from Monday, December 19, 2016 until Friday January 6, 2017. Classes will resume on Monday, January 9, 2017.
Wellness Center Our school’s wonderful Wellness Center will be closed for all of winter break and will reopen when school starts for the second semester. “Where should I go instead?” For any reproductive health services, the nearest Planned Parenthood Health Center is located at the intersection of Vermont and Santa Monica. All services are no cost or low cost. Note that walk-ins are allowed during certain hours, but appointments are preferred; see website http://bit.ly/2ho0dx8 for details. For any counseling or mental health services you may need, please contact Freddy Pablo, Aviva Family and Children’s Service Outreach Specialist, at 323-394-5742. He will make sure that students receive necessary therapy services over the winter break.
