Lisa Goldschein has been teaching dance at Hollywood High Performing Arts Magnet for 21 years. Lisa is Artistic Director for HHS's Annual Fall and Spring Dance Concerts. And, for 18 years, Lisa has also choreographed for the Spring Musicals at Hollywood High's Performing Arts Magnet. Before coming to Hollywood High Lisa taught ballet at Cerritos and Rio Hondo Community Colleges and was Artistic Director for the California Academy of Math and Science (CAMS) Dance Program. Lisa received her B.A. degree in Performing Arts and Dance at Stockton State University in New Jersey. After moving to the west coast Lisa choreographed / danced in the films "Nine 1/2 Ninja's" and "Club Fed". During this time Lisa went on to receive her M.A. in Dance Education at UCLA. She has performed with L.A. based choreographers Jose Costas "Contempo Ballet", Naomi Goldberg's "Los Angeles Modern Dance and Ballet", and Louise Reichlin's "Los Angeles Choreographers and Dancers".
