LAPL Student Success Card - Instructions on how to access your student success card and use the LAPL materials.

 

LAPL Form to Reset your Student Success Card PIN - Use this form to reset your LAPL PIN if you can't remember it. Your PIN is the last four digits of a phone number. Try your parents/guardians numbers or your phone number before your reset with the form.
