The forms in the athletic packet are required to be completed and submitted to the Athletic Director, Ms. Wendy Carter prior to participating on any athletic team or in any athletic event. The Athletic Director determines athletic eligibility. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Ms. Carter by clicking here. Transfer eligibility is determined by the CIF Los Angeles City Section office.
